What is the Great Place to Work Certification?

The Great Place to Work Certification® is awarded to companies that create a positive and supportive work environment. Data is pulled directly from employee feedback on aspects like trust, culture, overall job satisfaction, and more. The goal is to understand whether employees feel trusted and respected, if they find their work meaningful, and if they believe their company is committed to their personal and professional growth.

The Surveying Process

We conducted an extensive survey to gather insights from our employees about their experiences and perceptions of the workplace. The survey included 60 Trust Index statements and 2 open-ended questions, covering everything from onboarding experiences to workplace culture.

The results were overwhelmingly positive:

• 90% of our employees agree with the statement: “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.”
• 93% of our US office and 100% of our Spain office agree with the statement: “When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.”
